[두잉두잉 개인정보처리방침]

두잉두잉(이하 "앱")은 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 지키며, 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 둡니다. 이 방침을 바꾸는 경우 앱 업데이트 안내 또는 이 페이지를 통해 알립니다.

1. 기본 원칙

- 앱은 회원가입·로그인이 없으며, 이름·전화번호·주소 같은 정보를 받지 않습니다.

- 이용자가 작성한 할 일·일기·기분·반복 일정·설정은 이용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. 개발자는 이 내용을 볼 수 없습니다.

- 개발자는 별도의 서버를 운영하지 않습니다. 다만 아래 기능을 위해 Apple·Google·Meta의 서비스를 이용하며, 이 과정에서 일부 정보가 해당 회사로 전송됩니다.

2. 처리하는 정보와 목적

(1) 앱 사용 기록

- 항목: 할 일, 일기, 기분, 반복 일정, 앱 설정

- 목적: 앱 기능 제공

- 보관: 이용자 기기. 앱을 삭제할 때까지

(2) iCloud 동기화 (두잉두잉 Pro 이용자)

- 항목: 위 앱 사용 기록

- 목적: 이용자의 여러 기기 간 동기화

- 보관: 이용자 본인의 iCloud 계정(Apple). 개발자는 접근할 수 없습니다. 앱을 삭제해도 iCloud에 남으며, 앱의 [설정 > iCloud 동기화 > iCloud 데이터 삭제] 또는 기기의 iCloud 설정에서 삭제할 때까지 보관됩니다.

(3) 구매 정보

- 항목: 구매한 상품, 구매일, 이용 만료일, 거래 번호

- 목적: 두잉두잉 Pro·광고 제거 혜택 제공, 구매 복원

- 보관: 이용자 기기(키체인). 결제는 Apple이 처리하며, 개발자는 카드 번호 등 결제 수단 정보를 받지 않습니다.

(4) 앱 이용 통계

- 항목: 앱 이용 기록(화면·기능 사용, 구매 시도·결과, 구독 상태), 기기 정보(기종, OS, 언어), 앱 설치 식별자, IP 기반 대략적 지역(국가·도시 단위)

- 목적: 서비스 품질 개선, 기능·결제 화면 개선

- 보관: Google(Firebase Analytics). 이벤트 기록은 2개월, 사용자 단위 정보는 14개월 동안 보관합니다(앱을 다시 사용하면 사용자 단위 정보의 보관 기간이 새로 시작됩니다).

(5) 광고

- 항목: 광고 식별자(IDFA, 이용자가 "추적 허용"을 한 경우에만), 기기 정보, IP 주소, 광고 노출·클릭 기록

- 목적: 광고 게재 및 광고 성과 측정

- 보관: Google(AdMob). Google의 정책에 따름. 두잉두잉 Pro·광고 제거 이용자에게는 광고를 불러오지 않습니다.

(6) 광고 성과 측정

- 항목: 앱 설치·실행 기록, 기기 정보, 광고 식별자(추적 허용 시)

- 목적: 두잉두잉 광고 캠페인의 성과 측정

- 보관: Meta(Facebook SDK). Meta의 정책에 따름.

(7) 알림

- 항목: 푸시 알림용 기기 토큰

- 목적: 공지·동기화 알림 전송

- 보관: Google(Firebase Cloud Messaging). 알림을 끄거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지

(8) 원격 설정

- 항목: 앱 설치 식별자

- 목적: 앱 기능·판매 설정을 업데이트 없이 조정

- 보관: Google(Firebase Remote Config)

(9) 문의

- 항목: 이메일 주소, 문의 내용

- 목적: 문의 답변

- 보관: 개발자 이메일함. 답변 완료 후 지체 없이 삭제(법령상 보관 의무가 있는 경우 제외)

캡처 이미지는 이용자가 저장을 누를 때만 이용자의 사진 앱에 저장되며, 개발자에게 전송되지 않습니다. 할 일 알림은 기기 안에서만 처리됩니다.

3. 외부 서비스 이용 및 국외 이전

앱은 아래 외부 서비스를 이용하며, 이 과정에서 정보가 국외(미국)로 전송됩니다.

(1) Google LLC (Firebase Analytics·Cloud Messaging·Remote Config, AdMob)

- 국가: 미국

- 전송 항목: 2항 (4)(5)(7)(8)의 항목

- 목적: 이용 통계, 광고 게재, 알림 전송, 원격 설정

- 전송 시기·방법: 앱 사용 중 인터넷을 통해 수시 전송

(2) Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook SDK)

- 국가: 미국

- 전송 항목: 2항 (6)의 항목

- 목적: 광고 성과 측정

- 전송 시기·방법: 앱 설치·실행 시 인터넷을 통해 전송

(3) Apple Inc. (App Store 결제, iCloud)

- 국가: 미국

- 전송 항목: 결제 정보, iCloud 동기화 데이터

- 목적: 결제 처리, 이용자 본인 iCloud 저장

- 전송 시기·방법: 구매·동기화 시 인터넷을 통해 전송

각 회사의 개인정보 처리는 해당 회사의 방침을 따릅니다.

거부 방법: 기기의 [설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 추적]에서 두잉두잉의 추적을 끄면 광고 식별자가 전송되지 않습니다. 알림은 기기의 [설정 > 알림]에서 끌 수 있습니다. 앱 이용 통계 전송을 원하지 않으시면 앱 사용을 중단하거나 아래 이메일로 문의해 주세요. 거부하더라도 광고 식별자와 알림 외의 앱 기능은 그대로 이용할 수 있습니다.

4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공

개발자는 3항 외에 이용자의 정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 법령에 따른 요청이 있는 경우는 예외로 합니다.

5. 개인정보의 파기

- 기기에 저장된 정보: 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.

- iCloud 동기화 데이터: 앱의 [설정 > iCloud 동기화 > iCloud 데이터 삭제] 또는 기기의 iCloud 설정에서 삭제할 수 있습니다.

- 외부 서비스로 전송된 정보: 각 회사의 보관 기간이 지나면 해당 회사가 파기합니다.

- 문의 이메일: 답변 완료 후 지체 없이 삭제합니다.

6. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법

이용자는 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 아래 이메일로 요청하시면 지체 없이 조치하겠습니다. 개발자가 보관하지 않는 정보(기기·iCloud에 저장된 정보, 외부 서비스가 보관하는 정보)는 위 5항의 방법이나 해당 회사를 통해 처리할 수 있으며, 필요한 경우 안내해 드립니다.

7. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치

구매 정보는 기기의 키체인에 저장하고, iCloud 동기화 데이터는 이용자 본인의 iCloud 비공개 저장소에 저장하여 개발자를 포함한 다른 사람이 접근할 수 없도록 합니다. 외부 서비스와의 통신은 암호화된 연결(HTTPS)을 사용합니다.

[DoingDoing Privacy Policy]

DoingDoing ("the app") explains below how it handles your information. If this policy changes, we will let you know through the app update notes or this page.

1. Basics

- The app has no sign-up or login and does not ask for your name, phone number, or address.

- Your to-dos, diary, moods, repeating tasks, and settings are stored on your device. The developer cannot see them.

- The developer does not run its own servers. The app uses services from Apple, Google, and Meta for the features below, and some information is sent to those companies.

2. Information we handle and why

(1) Your app content

- What: to-dos, diary, moods, repeating tasks, settings

- Why: to run the app

- Where: on your device, until you delete the app

(2) iCloud Sync (DoingDoing Pro users)

- What: your app content

- Why: to sync across your devices

- Where: your own iCloud account (Apple). The developer cannot access it. It stays in iCloud after you delete the app, until you delete it in [Settings > iCloud Sync > Delete iCloud Data] in the app or in your device's iCloud settings.

(3) Purchases

- What: product, purchase date, expiry date, transaction ID

- Why: to provide DoingDoing Pro and ad removal, and to restore purchases

- Where: your device's keychain. Payments are processed by Apple; we never receive your card details.

(4) Usage analytics

- What: app usage (screens, features, purchase attempts and results, subscription status), device model, OS, language, app instance ID, approximate location from IP (country/city level)

- Why: to improve the app

- Where: Google (Firebase Analytics). Event data is kept for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months (the user-level period restarts when you use the app again).

(5) Ads

- What: advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you allow tracking), device info, IP address, ad views and clicks

- Why: to show ads and measure them

- Where: Google (AdMob), under Google's policy. Ads are not loaded for DoingDoing Pro or ad-removal users.

(6) Ad campaign measurement

- What: app install and launch events, device info, advertising identifier (if you allow tracking)

- Why: to measure DoingDoing's own ad campaigns

- Where: Meta (Facebook SDK), under Meta's policy

(7) Notifications

- What: push notification token

- Why: to send announcements and sync notifications

- Where: Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging), until you turn off notifications or delete the app

(8) Remote configuration

- What: app instance ID

- Why: to adjust app and sales settings without an update

- Where: Google (Firebase Remote Config)

(9) Support requests

- What: your email address and message

- Why: to answer you

- Where: the developer's mailbox. Deleted after the request is resolved, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Screenshots are saved to your Photos only when you tap save and are never sent to the developer. To-do reminders are handled on your device.

3. Third-party services and international transfer

The following companies receive the information above in the United States while you use the app:

- Google LLC (Firebase Analytics, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config, AdMob): items (4), (5), (7), (8)

- Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook SDK): item (6)

- Apple Inc. (App Store payments, iCloud): purchase information and iCloud sync data

Each company handles it under its own policy:

Your choices: Turn off tracking for DoingDoing in [Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking] to stop sending the advertising identifier. Turn off notifications in [Settings > Notifications]. If you do not want usage analytics sent, please stop using the app or contact us. All other features keep working.

4. Sharing

We do not share your information with anyone other than the services above, except when required by law.

5. Deletion

- On your device: deleted when you delete the app.

- iCloud sync data: delete it in the app ([Settings > iCloud Sync > Delete iCloud Data]) or in your device's iCloud settings.

- Information sent to third parties: deleted according to each company's retention policy.

- Support emails: deleted after the request is resolved.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, or stop processing your information by emailing us. For information we do not hold (on your device, in your iCloud, or held by third parties), we will explain how to handle it.

7. Security

Purchase information is stored in your device's keychain, and iCloud sync data is stored in your own private iCloud storage, so no one else, including the developer, can access it. Connections to third-party services are encrypted (HTTPS).

DoingDoing(以下「本アプリ」)は、利用者の情報の取り扱いについて以下のとおり定めます。本ポリシーを変更する場合は、アプリのアップデート案内または本ページでお知らせします。

1. 基本方針

- 本アプリには会員登録・ログインがなく、氏名・電話番号・住所などの情報は受け取りません。

- 利用者が作成したやること・日記・気分・繰り返し予定・設定は、利用者の端末に保存されます。開発者はこれらの内容を見ることができません。

- 開発者は独自のサーバーを運営していません。ただし、以下の機能のために Apple・Google・Meta のサービスを利用しており、その過程で一部の情報が各社に送信されます。

2. 取り扱う情報と目的

(1) アプリの利用内容

- 項目: やること、日記、気分、繰り返し予定、アプリ設定

- 目的: アプリ機能の提供

- 保管: 利用者の端末。アプリを削除するまで

(2) iCloud 同期(DoingDoing Pro 利用者)

- 項目: 上記のアプリ利用内容

- 目的: 利用者の複数端末間での同期

- 保管: 利用者本人の iCloud アカウント(Apple)。開発者はアクセスできません。アプリを削除しても iCloud に残り、アプリの[設定 > iCloud同期 > iCloudデータを削除]または端末の iCloud 設定で削除するまで保管されます。

(3) 購入情報

- 項目: 購入した商品、購入日、利用期限、取引番号

- 目的: DoingDoing Pro・広告削除の特典提供、購入の復元

- 保管: 利用者の端末(キーチェーン)。決済は Apple が処理し、開発者はカード番号などの決済情報を受け取りません。

(4) アプリ利用統計

- 項目: アプリの利用記録(画面・機能の利用、購入の試行・結果、サブスクリプションの状態)、端末情報(機種、OS、言語)、アプリインスタンスID、IPアドレスに基づくおおよその地域(国・都市単位)

- 目的: サービス品質の向上、機能・購入画面の改善

- 保管: Google(Firebase Analytics)。イベントデータは2か月、ユーザー単位の情報は14か月保管します(アプリを再度利用すると、ユーザー単位の情報の保管期間が新たに始まります)。

(5) 広告

- 項目: 広告識別子(IDFA、利用者が「トラッキングを許可」した場合のみ)、端末情報、IPアドレス、広告の表示・クリック記録

- 目的: 広告の配信および広告効果の測定

- 保管: Google(AdMob)。Google のポリシーに従います。DoingDoing Pro・広告削除の利用者には広告を読み込みません。

(6) 広告効果の測定

- 項目: アプリのインストール・起動記録、端末情報、広告識別子(トラッキング許可時)

- 目的: DoingDoing の広告キャンペーンの効果測定

- 保管: Meta(Facebook SDK)。Meta のポリシーに従います。

(7) 通知

- 項目: プッシュ通知用の端末トークン

- 目的: お知らせ・同期通知の送信

- 保管: Google(Firebase Cloud Messaging)。通知をオフにするかアプリを削除するまで

(8) リモート設定

- 項目: アプリインスタンスID

- 目的: アップデートなしでアプリ機能・販売設定を調整

- 保管: Google(Firebase Remote Config)

(9) お問い合わせ

- 項目: メールアドレス、お問い合わせ内容

- 目的: お問い合わせへの回答

- 保管: 開発者のメールボックス。回答完了後、速やかに削除します(法令上の保存義務がある場合を除く)。

キャプチャ画像は、利用者が保存をタップした場合にのみ利用者の写真アプリに保存され、開発者には送信されません。やることの通知は端末内でのみ処理されます。

3. 外部サービスの利用および国外への移転

本アプリの利用中、以下の会社が上記の情報を米国で受け取ります。

拒否の方法: 端末の[設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング]で DoingDoing のトラッキングをオフにすると、広告識別子は送信されません。通知は端末の[設定 > 通知]でオフにできます。アプリ利用統計の送信を望まない場合は、アプリの利用を中止するか、下記のメールアドレスまでご連絡ください。拒否した場合でも、広告識別子と通知以外のアプリ機能はそのままご利用いただけます。

4. 第三者への提供

開発者は、3項以外に利用者の情報を第三者に提供しません。法令に基づく要請がある場合を除きます。

5. 情報の削除

- 端末に保存された情報: アプリを削除すると一緒に削除されます。

- iCloud 同期データ: アプリの[設定 > iCloud同期 > iCloudデータを削除]または端末の iCloud 設定で削除できます。

- 外部サービスに送信された情報: 各社の保持期間が過ぎると各社が削除します。

- お問い合わせメール: 回答完了後、速やかに削除します。

6. 利用者の権利

利用者は、情報の開示、訂正、削除、利用停止を求めることができます。下記のメールアドレスまでご連絡いただければ、速やかに対応します。開発者が保管していない情報(端末・iCloud に保存された情報、外部サービスが保管する情報)については、5項の方法または各社を通じて対応でき、必要に応じてご案内します。

7. 安全管理措置

購入情報は端末のキーチェーンに保存し、iCloud 同期データは利用者本人の iCloud 非公開ストレージに保存するため、開発者を含む他者はアクセスできません。外部サービスとの通信には暗号化された接続(HTTPS)を使用します。
